This is the website of product and services provided by Raúl Arrabales Moreno (hereafter de Psicobōtica), qualified to practice psychology as a health profession through the title of General Health Psychologist, issued in Logroño, through the International University of La Rioja, being a member of the Official Association of Psychologists of Madrid, with collegiate number M-32807, and care manager of the Health Center Authorized by the Community of Madrid inscribed in the register of the General Directorate of Sanitary Inspection and Management of the Department of Health with nº CS16764 for the provision of the clinical psychology service.

Health Care Services

Citizens who make use of the health services provided in this Center, have the rights set forth for this purpose in Law 41/2002, of November 14, basic regulation of patient autonomy and of rights and obligations regarding information and clinical documentation, in article 10 of Law 14/1986, of April 25, General Health (BOE of April 29) and those of article 27 of Law 12/2001, of December 21, of Sanitary Organization of the Community of Madrid, (BOCM of December 26), and among them, in the terms established therein, the following:

  1. To be truthfully informed, in understandable terms regarding your own health.
  2. To maintain your privacy and to ensure the confidentiality of your health data.
  3. To know the identity of your doctor or physician.
  4. To know if the diagnostic or therapeutic procedure that is dispensed will be used in a teaching project or in clinical research, in order to be able to grant consent.
  5. To access to information written in the medical record, test results, reports, certificates, and any other clinical document that contains your own health data.

You can request the Health Staff Details of the Center and see who are the health professionals who serve you, their name and surname, degree and specialty.
In the event that you wish to formulate your complaints or claims, you may do so by writing to the Vice-Ministry of Health Humanization (Calle Aduana 29, 28013 Madrid) or to the corresponding professional College.

Pursuant to Law 34/2002 of July 11 on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), Psicobōtica will not send advertising or promotional communications by email or other equivalent electronic means of communication that previously would not have been requested or expressly authorized by the recipients of the same.

In the case of users with whom there is a prior contractual relationship or a request through a form, Psicobōtica is authorized to send commercial communications regarding Psicobōtica products or services that are similar to those that were initially contracted or use by the customer.
